Online registration is now closed. Only media and delegates with a code can continue to register.
Onsite registration is still open, but is limited. A minimum of four hours may be required to complete the accreditation process.

Before you log into the system you will be asked to choose an attendee type. Unless otherwise specified, please register as a ‘Participant’.
The ‘Participant’ category includes academia, students, citizens, civil society, funders, international organizations, private sector, think tank and others.
Government representatives who are not part of their official delegation should also register as participants.
Information needed to register as a ‘Participant’
You will see in the Summit registration page that we are asking you for information such as; basic personal information, addresses for the past 3 years, passport information (for international attendees) or a government-issued ID for Canadian citizens and photo.
This information is required in order for Canadian police and security agencies to conduct security background checks required to complete the accreditation process and issue a personal Identity Accreditation Card that will permit access to the event.

- Passport information (for international attendees) or a government-issued ID for Canadian citizens.
- Photo – You will be asked to upload a portrait photo of yourself taken within the last six months. The photo must be an image of your current appearance, taken with a neutral facial expression, with eyes open and clearly visible, and a plain white or light-coloured background (jpg, jpeg, png or gif file formats accepted, maximum file size 2 MB).
If you need travel support please indicate this within your application. There are a limited number of travel scholarships available to support the participation of civil society at the Summit. The last date to request travel support is March 31. For more information, please refer to the criteria for assigning travel support from the OGP Support Unit.
